Coaching is an investment in yourself and the realization your dreams. It requires a significant commitment of time, energy, and money.
Coaching takes place over time because change is a process. Coaching requires energy because getting a different result from the one youve been experiencing takes more than desire. It requires action different behaviors from your usual ones. Read requests to learn more about what else will be asked of you in a coaching relationship with me.
Coaching also costs money. Paying a coach makes it much more probable that you will follow-through on the actions that must be taken to reach your personal and professional goals. Coaching is also a very personal partnership, and it involves a certain amount of chemistry. For this reason, I offer a complimentary, try-it-out coaching session. My promises outline what you can expect from me as your coach.
Sessions are approximately 60 minutes and may be in person or over the phone. Coaching will begin after your complimentary session and when the disclaimer is signed and returned to me along with first months payment.
